Statix Intelligence LLC — SMS Terms of Service
Effective: July 18, 2025
By enrolling in or otherwise using the Statix Intelligence SMS program (the “Service”) you (“you” or “User”) agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. What You’ll Receive
We send text messages to help home‑service businesses and their customers keep track of appointments. Typical messages include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Upcoming‑appointment reminders
- Reschedule or cancellation notices
We will never ask for sensitive information (e.g., passwords, payment details) via SMS.
2. Opt‑In & Message Frequency
- You opt in when you (or your service provider) supply a mobile number and check the box or otherwise agree to receive SMS.
- Message frequency varies by appointment activity but will not exceed 6 messages per appointment.
3. Opt‑Out
Text STOP to the number that sent you a message at any time. We will immediately send a one‑time confirmation and then stop all texts unless you opt in again.
4. Help & Support

5. Cost
Standard message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Statix is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.
6. Carriers & Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate mobile number that you own.
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws (e.g., TCPA) and not for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
8. Privacy
We use your number only to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law. For details see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted at the URL where you found these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules.
